Hi Folks....

I totally missed introducing myself & went straight for the awesome topics.

I am cochlear implant wearer of 6 years and wore hearing aids for 25 years prior. I actually still have a high powered hearing aid in my left ear with the CI in my right. My mom is deaf, as well, having gone deaf slowly as well.

Getting a CI has changed my world and so has ALD's. It's a joy to talk to folks about both, as I would love for people to have what I have been blessed with.
