UK rights

Hi all,

I am an Israeli HoH guy, and I am moving to the UK later this year.
I won't be eligible for the DLA as I am Oral and Implated, yet I'd like to know about any rights/ free stuff I still could get without the DLA.

So far I know I can get:

- free hearing aids and batteries
- free public transport in my area

anything else?
Thanks in advance

Just cos you're oral/implanted doesnt mean you cant DLA, it's probably because you are not a UK citizen

I have got an UK Permanent Residenship.

I lived in the UK in past (2005), and have applied for the DLA, as well as my brother, who is a BSL speaker. My brother got the DLA - me: nope.
