Not many Ddeaf people go to mass clinics like this one. Yes they are owned by Starkey but *usually*they are like a costco. They may or may not be an actual audiologist and for the most part they sell you a hearing aid that is either over priced *or* one that isn't powerful enough so in the near future you're shelling out more $$ for another set of hearing aids.
Don't get me wrong companies like this for some people are great. But most of us deaf peeps would rather see an audiologist, doctor of AuD, ENT not a hearing instrument specialist. Every location that I pulled up with a quick search of my old zip code the "professionals" were hearing aid specialists not audiologists.

Also most of these bigger companies with so many clinics are not really client focused they are money focused..hence the mass amount of clinics they have around the country...
