You choose not to listen to the answers.

Research shows that if your speech discrimination is less than 50%, you will get improvement with a CI.

Please see post #10. I have not found any answers from any of the articles ive read. Some people with a severe-profound hearing loss can score well above 50% speech with properly fitted powerful HAs.
