No, I would not.

Basically, I'm doing so well with my one CI that I can't personally justify getting another one for the other side. This being especially the case given the cost factors of maintaining two set of devices.

It would have to be so compelling before I do the other side. In ten or fifteen years, maybe I will reconsider this.

I know this isn't the feedback you're looking for, but I use two and they work exceptionally well for me. I spend less time asking people to repeat things, and have directional hearing, which is the biggest benefit for me. My second is an upgrade too, which comes with all its own benefits. But I completely agree with sr171soars about cost.
