Spirit 3 Sp questions

What hearing loss is this hearing aid usually used for and is it suppose to be any good?
Because i do have this aid but it is totally rubbish for me, they even turned this aid up to the highest volume on the computer and i still cant get much of it . i cannot hear shouts, the phone ring

Based on the information I've read about the Spirit 3SP, it's designed for people who have severe-profound hearing loss. Some advertisements also say that it's a good hearing aid to use in conjunction with a CI.
