Unhappy Really need some help understanding all of this! :)

I have had a Phonak ComPilot for about a month now and I decided to bite the bullet and get the TV link.

Got the TV link on Wednesday but it turned out to be the iCom one so still waiting for the ComPilot one.

My Audi said it should just link up and work with my ComPilot but what I'm concerned about is, whether it works thru my phone program as that works via Bluetooth as well. I pretty sure I will find the TV too loud as my phone program has been maxed out. Also my HAs mics are reduced as well but for the TV I want them normal.

In my handbook it says Bluetooth 1 and Bluetooth 2 so does this mean I can get say Bluetooth 1 for phone and Bluetooth 2 for the TV link?

My Audi seems clueless and is pushing me out the door!

I believe you are correct .the phone always comes first my Audi has told
Me in the past since that is usually its main use..so the phone should come first and tv 2nd and if u have ur phone on and near you than the phone will ring during the tv program unless its off or Bluetooth on phone is turned off

You can pair to the iComs TV Link with the ComPilot (I have both at home and have paired to both (each is hooked up to different TVs. I just make sure only one of the TV Links is turned on when I want to watch TV.
I believe the TV Link will transmit the set volume of the device it is hooked up to, but I'm not positive. And you can use the volume controls on the ComPilot to further control the volume.
