There is a national organization in the United States called SCORE. Retired business people volunteer their time to mentor and answer questions about business.

It could be useful to avail yourself of their services if you have questions or a stubborn business problem that you need a solution for.

They are not a deaf organization, but with an interpreter, they can help you.

I attended SCORE a long time ago. The SCORE does help people to get started because SCORE is a mentor to help them together between a business shop and a bank. I think that SCORE is great, but it is somewhat quite not perfect.

The SCORE provides a loan for you to get the money from a regular bank. Once you signed the contract with the bank, then you are stuck forever to make sure that your business must be running for several years because George Bush signed a new bankrupt law. Otherwise, you would be trapped to pay the debt for rest of your life. The banks have no feelings for their customers.
