First: Someone making an offhanded remark which you then interpret in a specific manner and then act upon does not make then an accessory. That isn't how the law in the US works.

To be convicted of an accessory charge, the accused must generally be proved to have had actual knowledge that a crime was going to be, or had been, committed. Furthermore, there must be proof that the accessory knew that his or her action, or inaction, was helping the criminals commit the crime, or evade detection, or escape.

If you're unable to prove that jillio, in making that remark, actually thought that you would pick up a prostitute, and would do so specifically in a jurisdiction where that action would be illegal (as you've already admitted that there are obviously parts of this country and numerous other countries in the world where doing so is perfectly legal), then she cannot be guilty of any crime.

Second: You can't be an accessory to a crime which didn't take place. So unless you're admitting to illegally engaging in prostitution, then she's also done nothing either illegal or even wrong.

Third: As has been pointed out numerous times, jillio didn't say "pay for sex where you are currently sitting" or make any statements implying that you should engage in illegal prostitution. It is not illegal for you to travel to another state or another country where prostitution is legal, specifically for the purposes of engaging in prostitution. Therefore, even if you did commit a crime and you were somehow able to prove that she was actually trying to convince you to do so, it would still exclusively be your own fault (and none of hers) for breaking the law by being lazy and unwilling to travel in order to engage in prostitution.

Fourth: Really? The fact that there's a joke section on the forums means that jokes cannot be posted anywhere else in the forums whatsoever? This. This post is an example of a deflection. My post was the exact opposite of a deflection, whereby I responded to each point you've brought up, explained why you were wrong, and then asked for a retraction on your behalf.

You didn't address any of the points that I brought up, you ignored every explanation I gave for why you were wrong, and then mentioned an issue which was already addressed as if it answered all of my question. You are deflecting, and doing so because you have been wrong the entire time.

THEY kill posts without respect of other posts saying the same thing as the first, justa different poster. I'm not shame to admit that CanddBrownEyes PMed me after killing a post and I totally agree with her reason. I re-posted with re-wording. However for her to allow a post that under her "standards" killed mine to stay up requires an explanation, which as of today I've not received. AD would be crazy to allow different standards for different posters.

Besides, I doubt Jillio keeps a notebook of who lives where. The point is that it is legal in Nevada. "How come Jillio knows it is legal in Nevada!" as you said? Because many people know. Why can't she know? You are using the term "deflect" incorrectly.

It was posted for me to go commit an illegal criminal act and then jillo, among others, tried to deflect the issue, illegal act, by setting it was legal in Vegas. When I pointed it out with payoff that this gang was wrong, they tried to deflect this issue, illegal act, to legal in Nevada. Yes, you are right that jillo does not keep a notebook of who lives where but do to the fact I've mention, proudly, that I live in Houston and have made it known which newspaper I read, the Houston Chronicle, so anyone, yourself included knows where I live. And all, yourself included, know AD has a "joke" section, posting here is not for jokes. Nevertheless, jillo's gang tried to deflect it as a joke, a failed effort. BTW....did you sign up to join jillo's gang?

All I'm asking for is fairness from the MODS. THEY kill posts without respect of other posts saying the same thing as the first, justa different poster. I'm not shame to admit that CanddBrownEyes PMed me after killing a post and I totally agree with her reason. I re-posted with re-wording. However for her to allow a post that under her "standards" killed mine to stay up requires an explanation, which as of today I've not received. AD would be crazy to allow different standards for different posters.
