Sorry, I totally refuse to play your game.
You're the one spinning a game, mister. Nobody said "run down to the street corner and pick up a companion", though even if they had you can just take a short trip up to Toronto where it's not illegal in any manner.

Just admit you were wrong and move on. You're not gonna be intimidating anyone into being banned by lying, and it makes you look both foolish and intentionally dishonest by trying.

Ah, such misogyny. If I were you, I wouldn't take jillio's advice, actually. You'll likely end up hurting someone.

ME admit I'm wrong!!! You, StSapphire, need to go to DeafCaroline's post #331 where she shows how strong she is and admits YOU are wrong and she had it wrong about what YOU posted. That took guts and is admired. However, YOU and Daredevel7 don't have the guts to say you are wrong and jillo certainly made the correct decision NOT to come help you out.

Awww, dude. I feel sort of bad for you. Nothing personal, but are you addicted to road rage? I have friends who are, just to let you know. Just take it easy...this is just the internet and does not need to make it personal.

Yes. You.

You claimed that it was illegal to pay for sex everywhere in the US. Now you admit it's not the case. Therefore, you were wrong.

I already explained where my confusion over Vegas and prostitution came from and from that was an admittance that I was apparently wrong if you take an extremely narrow, literal interpretation of my words. Your obsessive crusade does you a disservice.

"I've already explain"........which post was that?

How about...."My bad, I was wrong"

I've had the guts to post that on AD, and I'm being sincere.
Do you have the guts?
Does Daredevel7 ?

And what would you say to the parents of minors who are members of AD and the minor took it personally and went out and commited a crime. When the parents find out it was AD that faculative the information, the are going to hit the roof.
Do you zealously want AD as part of a lawsuit?

It is still prostitution. Duh. Paid for sex, whether it is in a brothel or in the back seat of a car with a girl you picked up off the street corner, is by definition, prostitution.

Or for that matter, it could be a guy you picked up. Still prostitution. Period.

Here is another example....say I posted to a member and said

"You seriously need to go out any get stoned/high/bomb. Just don't spend too much money on the products"

Is that worded in such a way that it benefits AD? Should the post be allowed to stay up?

I'm 1000% sure it would not get posted because SUPER MOD would kill it.

Do you even know the meaning of "deflect"? And don't go Googling a definition. I want it in your own words so I can determine if you know what it means. Either you don't know, or you are intentionally misapplying it.

Not an opinion. A fact. Paid for sex is prostitution. Whether it is regulated as a business or comes off the street corner. Paid for sex is prostitution.

What authority are you talking about?

Parents should be supervising their minor children better.

But I didn't say it to a minor. I said it to a 63 year old prude.

I'd tell their parents that they're clearly incompetent because they raised morons. It's the internet, pal. If you don't like it, nobody's got handcuffs on you and your keyboard. (You have to pay extra for that.)

That's actually a pretty good example. If I told someone that they needed to chill and out to go get high, there's nothing wrong with that. It's not illegal worldwide, I wouldn't be saying "Go someplace where it's illegal and do it", and AD couldn't be implicated in that in any way. So, yes, a post such as that should be allowed to stay up.

In fact...

Rolling7, I think you should go get high. It'll help you relax.*

AD has had meet-ups in Vegas, so I'm guessing you have been there and the next time you go ask one of the friendly men in blue where you can legally with-in the city limit buy you a piece. Once they get themself under control from a hard, long laugh, they might give you a nice bracelet to wear.

Illegal in clark county, but hey, as long as nobody knows who cares.

The pros of the consequences outweigh the cons as long as you are responsible.

The authority that counts, the court.

But I guess you have total contempt for the court due to your dealing with it so often.

That is exactly correct, I do not hold third parties responsible when someone makes a poor decision.

The courts have ruled, in certain areas of the US, at least, that prostitution is legal. "Prostitution" simply means "paying for sex", it doesn't mean "illegally paying for sex". Seriously, what's your issue, here?

AD sets its owen rules and is not a third party here. SUPER MOD needs to explain why the post is still up even thought it is an encouragement to commit an illegal act.

FYI: I've contacted the SUPER MOD for clarification but no respond yet.

No, no. I don't think you quite understand what words mean. What I did was "clarify" my meaning. My original post was ambiguous (admittedly, because I didn't honestly realize you were in hyperactive nit-picking mode) so in that post, I clarified the meaning of my ambiguous wording to be more specific about what I meant.

Clarification is the process of adding more details so that a previously ambiguous explanation (or phrase, term, etc) is less ambiguous. This is a common practice, especially when people have misunderstood the meaning of something you've said.

Anyhow, I'll correct myself, nice and slow for the special person now.

I was incorrect when I said that prostitution was legal in "Vegas". I should have instead said "Nevada".
