I have several straight friends knows that I'm gay and it's cool.

Thought you might want to share it with us about your GLBT friends or relatives.

My uncle was gay. He is dead now, but he was a high school math teacher, and one of my favorite relatives.

He was part of my parents group of friends, and it did not seem like a big deal.

And remember this was many years ago.

My best friend is gay, and the guy I am with has a gay son. I have several more friends who are gay. Sexual orientation is not a concern for me when deciding the value of friendship.

I have friends who are lesbians, gay and bisexuals and I'm very close to one of them since she is always there for me. Also, I have a cousin who is gay.

I don't care if someone is lesbian, gay, bisexuals, transgendered, straight, purple, blue, orange, Christian, atheist, buddhist etc. so what, I willing to be friends with anyone really. =)

Yeah, I have several close friends who are gay and lesbians.

It doesn't bother me when it comes to their sexual orientation. I don't have a problem with them as long as they show me the respect and I do the same for them too. There's a fine line for saying treat them as you want to be treated.

yea, I do have some gay/lesbain friends. I also have a gay best friend, too. We have known each other since middle school. We are cool with each other and respect our choices in our lives.

Once in while, I go out to gay bar/club with gay friends.

Growing up I had four gay uncles. Two of them are still together and got married! I am going out to California this weekend to attend the marriage of my other two gay uncles!
Two women at a camp I attended as a teen were a couple.
Hannah (my best friend) is bi, and I have tons of GSA affliated glb friends from college. There was also a HUGE group of lesbian girls at my college.
Most of my friends are straight thou

I have friends who are gay or lesbian, it doesn't bother me, there is respect involved among friends.

I have a gay friend that I consider to be one of my best friends. I have several other gay and lesbian friends. Most of my lesbian friends are interpreters or former classmates. Same for my gay friends, mostly former classmates.

In fact, I've found that a lot of people I went to school with at my deaf school are gay or lesbian. Interesting. I can't seem to figure out why.

You know, I think this is true to an extent. I think that sexual orientation isn't a big deal and that if the person is cool and they respect you and you respect them, they are your friend.

Yeah, I think it has more to do with an overall attitude toward life than strictly tied to sexual orientation.

My Ex boyfriend is Gay and I'm pretty close to him, we're close friends. I also have a deaf friend who's gay...

So having friends who's gay doesn't bother me at all...We're all different, so it doesn't matter whether your straight or Gay...

Some of my best friends are gay or lesbian.. Dunno why, Maybe cuz they aren't judgemental. We have a much better time together..

One of my best friends is gay - he has an adorable partner. I couldnt care less about their sexual orientation. Some of my gfs are bisexual - so what - as long as we all accept each other with love and respect.

The only problem I have with my friend being gay is that we fight over men He is a huge flirt so he naturally gets to men BEFORE I could. Hehehe
