Any men in Richmond, VA???

I am 21, and the crop of men so far I have seen are pretty sad... can someone from the Richmond area or Glen Allen either one shed some light that all men in my area don't totally suck?? I am hearing, looking for Deaf/HOH... but doesn't really matter, just a sweet guy to talk to and get to know.
