Forgive me for not answer your post an earlier.

8 oz per glass of water x 4 glasses for one litre/4 CUP (US)/32 oz

8 oz per glass of water x 12 glasses for three litres/12 CUP (US)/96 oz

that is alot of water drink in Germany!
1 litre = 33.81 oz? but my list of international cook book written:

1 litre = 4 cup (US) / 32 oz... = per 4 glasses (8 oz)

To me is not a lot of water...

Example: I drink a glass of water before eat the breakfast and then after breakfast, 2 glasses of water...

Later before break snack - a glass of water and then after break snack a glass of water...

Before lunch time - a glass of water and then after lunch time, one to two glasses of water...

sometimes drink a glass of water if I am thirsty after drink a coffee...

before dinner, a glass of water and then after dinner time, two to three glasses of water...

To me is not much...

I would drink more than 32 oz of water after evening fitness studio.

It is actually better to have salad, chicken, seafood, etc... on equal servings as red meat.

Perhaps, every other day... eggs for breakfast. Maybe, twice a week... a big salad with eggs on it too. For lunch, salads with chicken (when not having eggs). Maybe, a thing of red meat for dinner. Once or twice a week, some fish or shrimp.

Some salads have shredded cheese. There's also burgers with cheese on it as well.

That's a good well-balanced low-carb diet.

If you eat too much red meat and nothing else, you're liable to have constipation problems. Eek!
Yeah, about eggs... I would also focus on any protein foods/meats than just eggs, too. I use eggs at breakfast at mostly.

I prefer to focus unprocessed meat (red and white meat) over processed meat (burgers, ground beef, fat sausages, etc.) If I want to have ground beef for make burgers, etc then get a butcher to do for me is turn from unprocessed meat into ground beef. I use any unprocessed meat to serve with salads a lot.

I eat cottage cheese and different cheese with low fat a lot... You need to watch % fat and soduim before buy any cheeses.

Yes, that's right but I prefer to eat health nutrions over kind of diets.

Have good carbohydrates is important for mornings like wheat bread, toast, etc.

breakfast - more carbohydrates than protein

Lunch - carbohydrates and protein 50% - 50%

evening - protein

Can't be that!
Interesting... It's good to know that SBD is right for your Dad. I'm glad to know that your Dad's health goes well.

One of my friends had been tried SBD for long months... She lost a lot of weight and give up then gain weight again... She showed me the list of SBD what I can eat or not... I was like wow and must say that it's strict diet... It's not for me because I would be unhappy if I give up anything what I like. I prefer to eat any right and health foods with limit what I like over follow different diets.

I was at 5 week Spa at 2 years ago and was being taught to eat right and health foods because you know how to limit when you want to eat than forbidden anything ...

Yeah, it's not just your doctor but every doctor recommend their patients to drink water or herbal tea.

and while reading that section, please check the external link in that section #2 and #3.

If going to bathroom too often then should check the color of urine. if too clear then it is overdoing if light yellow, that's good. If dark yellow, that's underdoing... color of urine is good indicator.

No, it's not food combining diet nor no diet but right and health foods.

I use to depend on food combining diet a lot before I went to 5 weeks Spa at 2 years ago. After that, sometimes...

I use no diet but eat right and health foods like small portions a day.
