Here's my update...Ive lost 32 lbs altogher now...I didnt know ive lost
more weight while i was in Oklahoma...as my son didnt have
scale and my best friend didnt have one either..lol! My husband
noticed that when he was in the hospital and said "looks like
you've lost some more weight!"...and i said "yeah, but didnt know that
till i got home, that was a surprise"..lol.
I tested my blood sugar on my monitor and it was real good so i know
it is much better now...I dont eat anything sugary anymore but i do
eat one cookie once in a great while, like once a month..thats it.

That's great news, Tweety & Phillips!

I've lost maybe 3 or 4 kilos so far. Definitely lost some centimetres around the waist.

I've made adjustment to my diet now. I'm not adhering to MediTrim fulltime only part/time and now I'm trying to live by low GI diet and I like it better that way.

I have not lose any weight lately due to flu and work too many hours. Hopefully, I can focus on what I am eating when my flu recovery 100% completely.

My goal to lose 45 lbs before the summer !

Altogether since Dec, I have now lost 21 lbs.

I walk the dog almost daily and since my neighborhood is very hilly, all these inclines are helping.

Have you tried making a schedule?

The easiest form of exercise is to take a walk outside. That shouldn't take more than 30 minutes to 1 hour of your time.

Set up a schedule so that you have 1 hour free to take a walk outside around the block.

When you feel relaxed, you will learn to manage more things easily... and find more time to exercise.
