I have pneumonia and I'am sick

:( I had the attacked of Pneumonia last week on the 7th of March and I'am still sick and unable to write anymore here...Hope y'all understand and take care Hugs!:hug:

WHAT IS PNEUMONIA?

[B]Pneumonia is an inflammation of the lung caused by infection with bacteria, viruses, and other organisms. Pneumonia is usually triggered when a patient's defense system is weakened, most often by a simple viral upper respiratory tract infection or a case of influenza. Such infections or other triggers do not cause pneumonia directly but they alter the mucous blanket, thus encouraging bacterial growth. Other factors can also make specific people susceptible to bacterial growth and pneumonia.

i got Pneumonia when i was little girl and my mom took me to the hospital for weeks but i cant going to school because more influences at student and teacher also but im staying at hospital and im stay at home to rest but im stay with babysitter while my mom at work.

Ive never had it so i dont know what it is like but i can
imagine but my son had the croup when he was 2 years
old so its probably about the same thing, reckon?

Having the pneumonia sure sucks!!! Rest well and drink a lot of fluid!
 
I've been there..... pneumonia since born raised..
Stayed hospital for a month when I was 7 yrs old, 16 yrs old, and 17 yrs old.. *mumbling* This time, I have to keep caution and always kept me WARM all the time and do not want catch pneumonia again.
As long kept health prior and ensure everything okay.

Hopefully you'll get well soon recovery long haul heal back your feet again!


Hey Poweron, pretty please respect anyone members.. I feel that you're being loved offended anyone here.. I know you trying to fun but sound isn't. If you feel like fun.. go other thread would be fine no problem..
 
I am sorry about you being sick. I had one last nov. It was no fun. I am better now. Hope you get well soon

eek! I hate pneumonia!! I got one last Nov till Dec, be sure drink water alot, rest alot... Get well soon!!

I hope you get well soon.

I've never had it but my father totaled his SUV last year and had to get a new one because he had pneumonia and he didn't know he had it.

this really sucks ass! you poor thing!!! it is NO FUN! :(

i had walking pneumonia for a few months and didn't even know it! :eek3:
and i even went to china!!! it was a horrible experience especially if you have asthma, pneumonia, etc because 1/3 of their population are smokers and also their air is SO POLLUTED!!! .. i thought i would die!!! because i was gasping for air every second!!! it was horrendous!!! the only time i ENJOYED BREATHING IS WHEN I WENT TO THE GREAT WALL! jeez!!!

Ouch, he's supposed not to drive when he got pneumonia.

I got first pneumonia in 2005, that's sooo horrible.

I wants to thanks you all in my heart for wishing me to get well and I really appreciate you all for your kindness and warmth ...

I'm still out of breath and I finally got my breathing treatment yesterday, don't understand what's taking them so long is unbelieveable and I was unable to stands on my feet and had to sits down ...

I found out from my lungs specialist said I have Pneumonia on my left lung, nothing on my right lung which it's good and is believed that I had a walking Pneumonia I was gasping for air when I got to the hospital and I wasn't making senses while gasping for air found out that I was not getting any oxygen thru my brain, geez...

My sister tooks me to the hospital and saw all the indicant in me gasping for breath ( Air ) and I was mumbling not making senses, my mom said when people get Pneumonia they just don't know where they are at and it almost like messing your mind off and I was like whoa oa oa ...I did that and my sister said yep you did ...I felt embarassed and remembering the nurse was holding my hand while my eyes were closed and gasping for breath, it was horrified worst than my first Pneumonia in 1993...

Bad things is I'm diabetic and I got Pneumona and now I'm having trouble with my toes and my feet it does not feels right and I hope not I do not have the complication I don't wanna die which I did have my toes done have end side cut off because of the ingrown nail problem and my toe nail does not looks pretty and I'm not too happy about it...

So I'm tired now and needs to stop writing and Thank you all for the beautiful message to wish me Well ...I'd really felt good and thank you! Hugs!!!
