My *ideal* meal plan for the day...(when I can actually stick to one)
Breakfast: bagel or rye toast with light cream cheese or a bowl of cereal with banana coffee juice or milk Lunch: A low fat frozen entree or a sandwich Dinner: A low fat frozen entree Snack: light popcorn and a diet soda Mind you, this is my ideal. I rarely eat this way. |

I just checked myself at the hospital tonight, and was shocked to see that I weigh 197 pounds. Two months ago, I was 220. 23 pounds or 11 kilos in two months sounds too radical to me, but I have been walking a lot with my two jobs, LOL. Also, with two jobs, it keeps me from pigging out on bad food. However, during the Xmas vacation, I ate lots and lots of chocolate and was surprised to see that I still weigh under 200.
Today, I ate: Breakfast: toast with jam and coffee Lunch: noodle soup with shrimps Dinner: hamburger with french fries (like 10 pieces) and water Ate a few chocolate candies leftover from Xmas season in offices. Heh heh |
