Nervous. Going to the audi in a few to tell him I don't want the hearing aids he ordered for me, I want Naidas. My hands are sweaty, I hate possible confrontations, even civil ones.

Don't think of it as a confrontation but as a request for what you want. If he can't provide the Naidas, let him know you'll shop around for an audi that can (that's what I ended up doing though I liked my audi).

Feeling "upbeat" even tho my account (bank) was hacked into....got a "giggle" that somebody in New York City tried to buy over $250.00 worth of merchandise at a Walmart there.....Getting a new card in several days.....Shyt happens and not surprising in this economy!...Just wish I knew who that "person" was.

Hi, I am doing all right. I am taking my daughter to see a dentist at 1:00 pm today. She and her friend are going to Louisiana with her friend's Grandparents on vacation tomorrow. I am going to miss her. That's awful hot outside. This early morning, It was short raining here. We need lot of rain here. It is dry and drought quickly. I hate it.

Feeling tired again today , arthritis aggravated after a busy weekend, but also still happy and content after a great weekend and getting things together for a happy BD gathering for DH (husband).

That is pretty frightening!!! So you didn't lose anything, right? People are getting very good at doing these awful things. I often think what my dad would say if he was still alive. He wouldn't let my mom use the ATM, so with todays technology he would think that we were all crazy.hahaha

Glad your bank caught on, before any "real" damage was done!!

Yes, it was frightening....and thank goodness, No, I didn't lose anything...When I went to use my card, I got an "Invalid Transaction" several times...then got a "Restricted Card"....could not even check my balances. I've never carried a huge amount of $$ on my person, too risky.

When I called the bank this AM (Monday), I was asked if I had tried to made a withdrawal in New York City at Walmart for $250.00 and some cents?.......I had not, and haven't been to New York City for about 10 years.....Was asked when and where I had used my card last and it was at a Restaurant.....Luckily, my bank caught it and nipped it in the bud. For that, I'm thankful!...Will receive a "new" card in 7-10 business days, new Pin Number also.

This has never happened to me before....I"ve been a victim of Identity Theft many years ago also...someone had the same name as I, and had lived at the same address as I had also...several Credit Card companies were calling and saying I had not paid my bill. threatening to take me to Court....and I never had a Discover or MasterCard before in my Life!...Got that straighted out also....and to find the Lady who made all those charges lived right down the street from me....same name also and probably used my DOB too....

I'm feeling kind of anxious, nervous but excited for everything thats going to happen this week!

I'm excited for the 4th of july, But kind of sad about it because for the past 4 years I've been in the 4th of july parade with the band, handing out fliers and holding our band banner. it's going to feel weird not doing that anymore since i graduated high school. My house is really close to the 4th of july festival. The police will block the roads for people to set up their booth and we will have a car show, etc. I'm thinking about getting a Henna tattoo, it's very popular here in my town. Hennas by the way, aren't a permanent tattoo, it lasts for about a week; like an air-spray tattoo. After the festival is done, my family and I will eat dinner at my house and then drive over to my grandparents house to watch the fireworks thats being held at my high school. The high school has enough room for all of the fireworks, so the whole town comes and watches it. Plus being at my grandparents house; its easy to get in and out once the fireworks is started/over.

On friday my 15 year old sister will be getting her wisdom teeth out, she's getting 4 of them out of her mouth. And i'm going to be nervous about it, because she does not tolerate pain at all. And I'll probably be helping my mom take care of her on friday since my sister will be in pain and all groggy from the medicine that she will be given. So, i might stay home on friday to help around the house and keep things clean and comfy for my sister. Since i been through 2 CI surgeries, i kind of know what she is going through! So, its my turn to take care of her since my sister (kind of) did for me.

Saturday-- I will be getting a haircut at 2 pm, and i'm thinking about getting it cut a little bit short. Around 4:30ish my friend who is deaf will be picking me up to go to a staff orientation. We both signed up to become a volunteer (more like a summer counselor) for our local deaf club thats doing a Deaf Adventure Camp. We are going to a camp called Camp Kern and we will be staying there for a week. I'm really excited about this, i haven't been to one deaf event for such a long time since i started band. My whole high school career has taken up all of my free time, including band and band was basically my whole schedule. So, i'm really excited about it.

Plus, since i'm a summer counselor, i don't have to pay for anything, the room, food, etc is completely free, its being funded by our Deaf community board. That's a bonus because of all the money that my parents have to pay; My sister's wisdom teeth, our trip to disney world, and my dad's shoulder surgery that he will have done in august. It's a lot of money to be paying!

Happy! A new Rizzoli and Isles tonight and a new recipe for beef stew in the crockpot, so practically a work free day with a good dinner at the end.

I like Rizzoli and Isles, also! Also getting hooked on the new Dallas as well, and I wasn't hooked on the original at all.

Had a great weekend and a great day yesterday. Glad to be back to normal solitude schedule now, though, to recuperate.

Happy there is Doc Martin on PBS tonight, and sort of trapped by the severe weather heat conditions.

Means I will just be staying around home doing laundry, and probably making waffles. Not that it isn't fun, but I wouldn't mind living in Portland and be out walking in the rain, looking for Grimms...
