^^^This is so sad! Those types of mothers, grrrr... the type that would yell at you for chastising their precious little angels! I'm sorry it ruined your day in the park.

I would throw the rock at her quickly when her mother turns around her face to look at something else. After the rock hit the girl's head, she would realized that she is a duck!

Vacuumed the sidewalk, end of driveway and street. Filled about 7 leaf bags with mulched leaves, then took them to the yard waste landfill.

Also finished downloading maps between train stations to my iPod touch so that I can try tracking our trip (I have a GPS receiver that will send the locations via bluetooth to my iPod). This is new to me, so not sure how well I'll do.

Still need to finish what I can of my to-do list for the trip. Natually, some of it has to wait till tomorrow morning.

I can't believe the time for this adventure is here....

I slept in 'til 3pm. I had a very bad night last night because of the nasty headache. It must of been from caffeine withdrawal. I thought I was gunna puke. Yeah, it was awful.

I tested my scanner to see if it will do a decent job of scanning my handmade jewelry and I learned that the lid has scratches on it and I will need to buy velvet and place them over my jewelry so crack wont show up on scan. Had it been the glass top below my jewelry, I'd be much more worried.

I would think a camera would do a much better job. Scanners tend to have such a narrow focus that it cannot get any depth on a 3d object. How did your jewelry scan turn out?

a whole lot of nothing. I'm stuck in my apartment... my car's still at my mom's and stepdad's house, completely covered in ice and snow (they drove me home last night so I wouldn't have to drive home, roads were slick and I have no heat in my car).

I got up at 7.30 AM. I started the next post for my blog (got 2 blogs) and went shopping at a local store for an hour. I bought an advent calendar and thieved the chocolate for 1/12 though I am not supposed to. Then, I went to the gym 2 h (bicycling and indoor rower). After that, dinner and now some socialization (Facebook and AD).

Can't afford a new camera so now I'm going to use my Pentax k 3000 camera to take photos it's a very old camera but it still works.

My jewelry scan came out a bit blurry and had cracks.. I thought it came from the bottm at first but when i checked the cracks i realized it came from the lid.

I made 5 pairs of earrings with garnet, peridot, and ameythst (2 mm in size for gems) early this morning and I plan to make a few stretch bracelets later today.

I had to delete my profolio album and change my settings to friends only in an effort to block a scammer that has been plaguing my friends list.

Thanks , it just very upsetting to little girls abusing ducks . The ducks are very uses to being around people you can walk right pass them and they will not move. I love to watch the ducks poke their heads in the water and see their tails and web feet up in the air! It is so cute!

I agree with you! I was at the park one time and some boys where throwing rocks at the ducks . they where with an older kid and I told them to stop.
One of the boy wanted to pat Marty and I told him " No, not when you're throwing rocks at ducks!" There was no way I want going to let him touch my little dog!
