I bet that is user error so therefore your co-workers fault (grin)

What brand is it? I'm curious cause I used to work on copiers.

It's a kyocera. I forget the model, I think 5500? Or close to it. It turned out to be a known fault with cassette (paper drawer) #4 and duplexing (double-sided) issues. Took the whole morning, but it's repaired. Not user fault this time. (sometimes it is.)

I am trained on Kyocera machines. As of when I left the business, they were coming out with good machines. Hope they still are doing better than they used to before improving it.

Glad to hear it's fixed now.

I'm having a sense of dread just thinking about my father's future. He's 81 years old and my mother says he's been dx'd with stage 3 floor of the mouth cancer.

I thinking that I wish there was a way to help this neighbor remember her passwords. She will write them down in a notebook, but forget where she put the notebook. She is in her 70's and has had a total of 4 TIA's. It is really affecting her memory and we are trying to help her remember. I now have a list of all her passwords here at home just in case.

Thinking that I don't want to go to work tomorrow, but I have to... I've only had 1 free day in the past few weeks.

Will keep you and your family in my prayers. Even though it's bad, it's good that it's not even worse than it is. Will be thinking of you as he goes thru radiation treatments.
