Botts, when I see neon on grey or white I start squinting. I usually go for black on grey or something tinted. How come this is easier for you?

I ask sincerely, because I figure everyone's sight issues are different. :wiggle:

If you wrote like that, I wouldn't really enjoy it for long. My font naturally shows up bigger as I am using a 32 inch monitor.

My eye disease causes bleeding retinas, which in turn causes scarring, which pulls the macula, thus distorting what I can see. It is very wavery and blurred, so it is easier to see things large. The right eye was how it got diagnosed, and it has a scar too close to the center, if I understand my doctor right, which is why I see virtually nothing from my right eye.

It isn't really bright font colors I like, but clothing and things in my environment. They just stand out and I can see them better.

Ocular Histoplasmosis Syndrome is what is wrong with my eyes if my explanation is not sufficient.

Noted. :ty:

My aunt had some weird eye issues going on and she was going slowly blind...and one day she just woke up with everything in shades of green. It's one thing to close your eyes or put your hands over your ears but it's very very hard to imagine people seeing differently than you. I need to replace glasses but I'm paying for my son's tuition bill instead. :/ I have some processing issues as well and I'm the worlds klutziest person. I don't know how you do it. I go bonkers when my eyes strain...:tears:

I ♥ having a wonderful boyfriend who snow-blowed the driveway this morning so I could get out and to work. We got nearly a foot of new snow last night. Minnesota, hurry up, snow go away!

I ♥ Iowa where we did not get a foot of snow last night! We did have tornadoes though.

--> Not to go OT, but there are studies that show that the brain will try to repair itself after trauma/seizures/etc. So if you can get hooked up with an educational psychologist or a cognitive psychologist, I 200 per cent recommend it. Even if you can get neuropsych testing, it well help you tremendously by outlining what your brain's strengths and weaknesses are. Seriously...it helped me a lot. Three years ago I was like :dizzy: and now I'm all :wiggle:.
