Tell us about your all-time favorite lie...whether it's a little itty-bitty white lie or one used by either yourselves or friends of yours in order to get out of a sticky situation. It can be lies told by historical figures, family, friends, co-workers, etc.

uh oh... I have Lied to my Dad a lots of time when I was younger because he used to have this paddle and he spank us with it if we were doing something wrong..

One time.. we had this little Puppy ok and I fed this my little puppy a lunch meat and my dad recovered that there was a lunch meat with the puppy and he asked three of us (^Angel^, My Hearing Sister and Myself) who gave the puppy a lunch meat.. and I gulp and wouldn't be honest with him cuz I Know he was mad at the same time I know I would be expecting that Paddle, so we all three denied that we ever gave a lunch meat to the Puppy and we all three got a spanking with the paddle and again he asked who did it again we didn't answer.. same thing for like after a 5th or 6th time and My dad finally said if someone came to me and admit it that person will not get a spanking at that time I knew my dad was lying so Still I did not admit it ^Angel^ who is a sucker said Dad, I did it and Dad spanked her 10 more times! and then that day nobody ever talked about it again until in High School ^Angel^ brought up the subject about the lunch meat issue and talked about the time someone gave the puppy the lunch meat and she took the blame for it even through she really did not do it.. Then I looked at her and told her " I am the one really did it" She was soo Furious...and then she went home and told Dad about it and he said Well, too late now Because Paddle don't exit anymore (Which we got rid of it long time ago)

Hmm... I can't really say that I've lied that often. Usually, I just change the subject or tell the truth from a different point of view. Once, I went to a bar with my friends. I smoked with them while I was there. When I was done, I arrived home and my mom smelled smoke on me. She asked me if I was smoking and I told her the truth... "My friends smoke and I was with them." Hey, don't say I lied!

During my teen and early adulthood, my family always ask me same question "Do you have boyfriend?" I kept telling them different excuse.

1.) Don't have time to find boyfriend.
2.) School/Homework are too important to me.
3.) Teen/20's boys are too immature for my level. (that was my old stereotype.)

Well...

I stopped that kind of lie for what I did the worse moment when I was 8 years old. One time in the morning when I was in school. I was fooling around and cried for no reason. My teacher come to me and ask about the matter. I told teacher that I want see the counclor . So she take me into her office. I told her that my step-dad abused me and my mom. My mom have to over stand for me. I told her how much I hate him for what he did was hurting due abuse. So she was listen all the words I have spoken. At the same time she come back and take me to her office. Something went strange that there a woman sit beside her. Counclor asked me, "Can you tell me all that what you told me this morning. This person name ????? and work for social worker that she plan contact your parents and will take care of you." I was like oh no I SCREW UP! So I just move on and talk all thing what I told her from the morning. When I got home and my parents were mad. I mean MAD!!!!!! I was like don't care and they asked me why are you doing to us. I just simple, "I HATE YOU!" and went on to my bedroom. Mom asked me why do I hate them and told them, "I wish you two never remarried that man because he is not my father and he is someone." He heard all the convesative I have with my mom. So my mom explained to me that I have to tell the truth or else something will happen to all of us. I don't understand until next morning and told my counclor to sorry that I lied. So the counclor told me that police is plan to arrest your parents at their work. I was like

That's sad. I am sure your parents will never forget it as long as they live! I remember one boy in my class tells us horrible and impossible story about his parents, and the headmaster calls a meeting in assembly and tell us not to listen to him as he is only seeking attention! I think he believed him for once and learn not do it again!

Not long ago, a little boy came to tell my 10 years old daughter at Hungry Jack's playground that he had a dream that she will get killed by a car, she came and tell me about it, so I went to confront her grandmother to tell her what he told my girl, she scold him off and will report to her mother for it and apology to us, she is aware her grandson need help!
