I really- really- really want to post 'random vents' (picts)... from my house, like the under eves vent and the attic vent and the room vents and the a/c intake vent... but I can't find my camera... so I'll vent about that!

everything is getting on my nerves today.. wanted to get a new cell but found out the store didn't carry what i wanted. so i decided to go to tmobile instead. drove around in circles looking for Tmobile.. finally found one and went to get a new cell..thought the sidekick 4g would be only 80$ but i had to pay MORE than that. i had to wait for almost an hour because Tmobile kept screwing up my plan

oh well.. at least i have a cell now

Got something in my eye and now my eye hurts everytime I blink...that sucks for a deaf person trying to see! lol

Ouchie. Hope you feel better soon !!

My SO has a jeep and it's such a fun ride.

The wind is always strong enough in the jeep that I need my sunglasses, and one day I forgot them. A bug flew into my eye, and at 55 mph, that STUNG. It was a good 3-4 days before my eye swelled down. This was just a couple months ago.

at Rogers Cable for the outrageous bill that I got yesterday.

Today I called them thru the relay service and told them they made two serious mistakes about the bill.

1) I paid the bill on time thru my bank website. They did not check on whether I paid for it or not for three days until they decided to charge me with a late payment. RESOLVED

2) They charged me with a lost/stolen cable modem fee.

I told them that I bought it seven or eight years ago; therefore, it should belonged to me. In addition, I told them that I never received any letter of notification about the modem from them when I made a switch to another Internet Service Provider. Had I received this letter in first place, I would gladly called them to clarify it with them with no problem. And it was kind of outdated. They realized what happened about the modem and asked me to bring it to one of their stores for verification purpose. Should this process determine that I legally own the modem, they would waive the lost/stolen modem fee. RESOLVED.

I want some time off from the farm to go job hunting!!!!!

I want to get a job that will allow me to go back to uni. Because this is just a small scale operation, I can't call in sick, I can't just take off for no good reason, and add to it that this is my aunt and uncle's farm.

Now, don't get me wrong, I am appreciative for the job because I admit I like the farm better than Walmart by far and if it had not been for the farm, I probably would have went back to Walmart gouging my eyeballs out with blunt end pencils on the way. But being on the farm doesn't allow for me to go to school, at all.

If I just upped and quit, I would get a lot of flack from my family and I feel like I get enough as it is.

I don't want to stay on the farm for forever and get absolutely no where. I feel like I am going in circles. I want to go back to uni so that I feel like I am working on something towards a better future for myself and my DD.

MIL has informed me that I do not mop correctly.

How many of you run fresh cleaning water each swipe of the mop? She wants me to drain and refill the sink with fresh vinegar water every time I wet the mop. She claims that if I don't, I am just putting the dirt back onto the floor. So I watched her today as she mopped (trying to teach me the correct way, her way) and she did not as she wanted me to do. She does it the same way. I pointed that out to her and she told me to shut up and leave her alone, she will do it how she wants to. I called a friend from her church, who runs a home cleaning service and asked her to come over and help settle this dispute. She came and had MIL explain what she thought was proper and then let MIL know that it was totally unreasonable and wasteful. She said the most anybody knows that when you rinse out a mop, the dirt sinks to the bottom and you should not let the mop hit the bottom of the "bucket". MIL says, "Who uses a bucket to mop?' I mentioned, "that's all I have ever used." She shut up after that.

Im pissed off..... My outside wood furnance is not workin right so Im burning propane and I have plenty of wood to burn. Grrrrrr.
