I thinking....why oh why did I get a school book that is a thematic Unit. It is so hard to set up in the lesson plan and have the credit hours go to the right subject.

these Thematic Units, use a topic and have numerous lessons that will include Language Arts, Math, Social Studies, Science, Life Skills, Art and Games. Since son is in high school I have to keep track of credit hours for his transcript should he wish to go to college. Arrgh!!!

Mom gets an antibiotic for a lovely ear infection...woot!! Hurts like an MF'r!!

Tx, thanks... I hope we both get better soon...left him w/a friend so I can make up a couple hours today... at least he can back to school tomorrow.

oh that's good.. always a relief! hope you'll feel better too, really soon. it's not easy taking care of sick child when you're sick too!!

my kid's growing a molar now and he hasn't been himself for last few days. poor my boy. thinking to take him to a water park for distraction.

our son got the croup several time at the age 8... the doctor say he too old for croups but he got it.

So we brought a humidifier for his room. Croup tend to get better in moist air. or steamy bathroom.

I am thinking I hate forums that have a time limit on how long you have to type a message. I was typing in a problem I was having with making this lesson plan work in a program I have, but lost it all. I had to open Word, type it up again, and do a copy/paste. Arrgh!!

Not sure what's going on, but for last night and tonight, I am falling asleep by 9:30 pm. What gives. I usually stay up to around midnight.
