I had filed a complaint with McDonald's corporate on their website this past weekend. Got a phone call this morning for the district or regional person and an email from corporate. They will be doing their best to take care of the problem. It's bad enough to get the order wrong, but to have every single drive thru order over the last 3 years is bad. Then to top it off, when I called to speak with the manager, her words were, "Well, if you can't speak Spanish, don't plan on having your order right." Now, the receipt was correct, so the order taker got it right, it's the people who bag the order.

I'm starving and can't hear yet and need coffee. The kitchen and the bar next to it are entirely too far away currently and I can't be bothered... so I surf the web and complain in my mind how hungry I am.
