I have more bad news for you. Excedrin contains aspirin, one of the things I am supposed to avoid because of my asthma.

I don't know if aspirin is bad for everyone with asthma, but maybe you should ask your doctor.

Pretty tired right now because I just changed my living room's design, and it look much more spacious since my exroommate no longer live with me. I like my own design anyways!

Anyways, I'm sorry for complaining about my health problems. I know I sound like I'm a whiner, so I'm sorry.

I'm actually feeling better now. I took an Excedrin and no longer have a headache.

That asthma attack really threw me for a loop though.

Okay. Enough about my health.

I plan to spend a little time outdoors today because the weather is beautiful. I also will be having a girlfriend come over later tonight and tomorrow I have an appointment I am looking forward to.

All is good and much better than it was yesterday.
It's good to know you feel so well

Had wonderful day, Went to work very early this morning to avoid afternoon heat, arrived home at lunchtime, the sun was already very strong and hot. My house mate who has been painting my shelves today for me... we just decided and went in her open top sports car and whizzed down the motorway with my dog's head sticking out and reached the beach. We had lovely walk by the ocean and Boris had great time diving in the water for his tennis ball which we threw alot of times.

Now we are back home having stirfry..... Lovely day... and i am not working until monday which is added bonus!!

now i feel like crying but i don't know why. i hope i have a better night because today has been hell. i took an hour long nap yet i still feel worn out. i hate this and wish i would feel level again. i can't stand it when my emotions cycle like this. one minute i'm happy, the next i'm depressed and then i feel like crying for no reason. this sucks.

Iam sorry HA, Babyblue and Deaflisa that you are all having a bad day.

I am so close to feeling like my normal self. I finally got enough energy to mow the front and back yards. I dont feel so wiped out for doing physical work.

The last time I mowed my lawn was last Tuesday and while I wasnt aware, I was coming down with the flu so after I was done, my body was killing me all over. Today, I am tired and sore in a good way but I have no energy left.

Yea, I had to do it today cuz the grass was getting so thick and tall again.

shel.

I'm doing better now. I took a med to relax me, slept for awhile and then took my evening meds. I also took my daily inhaler dose for the night and am able to breathe fine now. My depression and crying were because of the asthma attack since it really frightened me. When this happens again, I need to remind myself that I'm okay and not to panic because the panic made it even harder to breathe. It's a very frightening experience when you feel like you can't breathe. I was also scared because I've never heard myself wheeze before and that put me in a panic as well.

I don't know if the full moon has any impact on my moods, but I wouldn't be surprised if it did. My emotions were strictly caused by my asthma attack. I was doing great today until I started laughing at something I read on AD and then I couldn't breathe. Like I said, another ADer helped me through it and I'm fine now thank goodness.

Shel,

I'm glad you're feeling better too!

By the way, I had to chuckle at your post about the Austrailians cussing.
