1.) I had the shingles a few weeks ago but I am better.
2.) I have been waiting and waiting for this person's reply about the beads that I still want to order and buy from this person. (I have tried to PM this person a few times but unfortunately, I couldn't get thru her. I was upset because I know that I didn't do anything wrong. I wish this person would PM and talk to me about this.)
3.) I am sick of the lousy weather we are having here. Mostly raining, raining, raining!
4.) I miss Suki, my cat a lot. I am not ready to get a kitten. I am still grieving.
5.) I am sorry to hear about your father's losses. I understand how you feel?! My father died of a throat cancer 15 years ago. Every time, I see the Father's Day cards at the Hallmark card store when I pass by. That reminds me of my father. I do miss him sometimes. *sigh*

I don't have anyone I can talk to and there isn't anything that is bothering me. Sometimes I wake up in an irritable mood for no reason. It's part of my bipolar. (Sorry to mention that, but this is what my psychiatrist told me) I'm sure I'll feel better tomorrow. I'm taking some extra meds to help calm me down so that is helping. I plan to prepare a favorite meal of mine for dinner tonight, so that should help improve my mood as well.

Im feeling rather good now, I spent the evening playing a bit of footy with my DD in the backyard. It was hot but man it felt good. I have decided we should do this more often.

Sosie. I just replied to your PM. I'm feeling much better now and think my mood will be further improved by tomorrow. I took one of my meds to help relax me, made a favorite dinner and the nap I had earlier helped as well.

Are u sick? It took me a while to wake up this am and I still feel groggy cuz of the cough meds. I tried to go to bed without it, knowing that I would have a hard time waking up but as soon I started to fall asleep, my chest would tighten up and I would feel an urge to cough. Cant win!

I'm not really "sick" but I'm still coughing. I just can't seem to shake it off. Been having it for 2 weeks. My coughing sucks big time cuz it's like booming thunderstorm at sonic speed. It shakes the room

Sometimes, my coughing gets pretty bad that it turns to hacking cough type for a moment

I might as well join the crowd of people who don't feel well. I have a headache, but I don't know if it's from not getting any sleep last night or if it is due to me not taking my meds. I couldn't hold anything down yesterday morning and afternoon, so I was unable to take them. I feel sick to my stomach right now too. I hope this isn't the flu that has been going around.

I think I might be coming down with something because I have a headache and not a migraine. One of the meds I take is supposed to relieve my migraines and the other is designed to reduce them. I have one of those damn headaches that are too severe for an OTC but not severe enough for Imitrex.

I also feel like I'm going to get sick.

Oh my goodness. Today has been the day from hell. I just had an asthma attack after laughing at another thread. I was in a panic because I couldn't breathe, but another ADer helped me. I took one of my meds for this and am fine now, but it scared the living daylights out of me.

Anyways, I'm sorry for complaining about my health problems. I know I sound like I'm a whiner, so I'm sorry.

I'm actually feeling better now. I took an Excedrin and no longer have a headache.

That asthma attack really threw me for a loop though.

Okay. Enough about my health.

I plan to spend a little time outdoors today because the weather is beautiful. I also will be having a girlfriend come over later tonight and tomorrow I have an appointment I am looking forward to.

All is good and much better than it was yesterday.
