I still have most of my stuffed animals in my storage room though I wish I hadn't lost my favorite stuffed bunny.

Yes, I have kept that little flame in my spirited heart lit, no one and nothing can put it out. That and I have my first teddy bear in storage somewhere and my Holly Hobbie big doll.

My fiery temper and my stubbornness.

Materials I don't hang on to them but for my temper & my stubborn trait, I'd love to let them go. The stubborn part of me won't let it go!

I grew up in foster homes - nothing was ever kept - no childhood photos, no special toys, no treasures - EXCEPT one - I don't know how I managed to keep it - but I have a wooden nickle that was given to me when I was five years old. The Queen of England visited London, Ontario in 1955 and wooden nickles were given out - I still have that nickle - 53 years later.

PEACE

Yes, I do. I kept my old artworks, some stuff in my plastic packet, and a few things I forget.

I have a variety of things from my childhood. I have the knick knacks my mother kept on a dresser in my nursery, a pair of my baby shoes, a stuffed dog that was given to me by one of the nurses when I was in the hospital for my first eye surgery, a Brailled Speak 'n Spell that my mother bought me for my 11th birthday, a Brailled Rubik's Cube that my mother bought me for Christmas, a wooden breadbox that I made in 7th grade, the 45s I collected from age 11-18, poetry that I wrote from 7th-12th grade and all of my college research papers.

YEP! My baby shoes, but dress was lost. It's OK.
Also my teddy bears, some dolls, etc...still have them since I was little! I will pass that to my daughter if I am having a girl. Oh yea...Cabbage Patch dolls as well. Not sure if I still have my care bear or gave it away.

I did kept my son's baby shoes. I showed them to him yesterday. He said "SO WHAT" It is just a baby shoes! I was like geez!

Teddy Bear, my grandma made for me. Quilt spread, my grandma made for me. Big old doll I put in shed, I got it from my other grandparents. I think that is about it.

LOL! You just reminded me....a while back I was digitizing all of my old family photos going back a couple of generations. A friend was here with me. I was scanning a pic of myself standing with my left foot thrust out, and my hands on my hips. This friend reminded me that is the same position I use when I am about to say, "I don't think so!" He said, "I see where it comes from now. You were born with it!"

Mrs Bucket my dear, you are not alone. I was born with a fiery temper myself and when I'm mad, you are best advised to stay out of my way.

oh yes, lots of things! My pink blanket, which I've had since I was a baby and dragged EVERYWHERE with me for years as a kid (it's in my bedroom closet now), my stuffed Garfield that I've had since I was a baby, and some other stuff. Lots of clothes/dresses my grandma made, we still have all of them. we're packrats like that.
