Tonight I am thinking how difficult to take two dogs and a cat to the vet tomorrow for shots, heartworm check, etc.

u welcome, Bott....
we had both our guys together at vet recently, Miss Violet got her 3-yr. <ughhh- yuck!> Rabies shot which I really disagree with and now we have to detox her, and our old boy Moose the Lab got his nails trimmed; we do our Rotties ourselves <dremel> but the old boy is very challenging because he's so scared of nails and hubby doesn't wanna fight with him - Good Luck with moving day, Brayden's Mom! Have a good weekend, everybody

White Bean Veggie Burgers Pour 1 can white beans (Great Northern or Navy) into a bowl and mash. Add 1/2 onion chopped fine, 1/2 green bell pepper chopped fine, and 1 carrot, grated. Mix well. Add 1 egg, beaten, a dash of Worchestershire sauce, and enough dry breadcrumbs so the mixture can be formed into patties. Fry until brown. Serve on bun with lettuce and tomato. These are really yummy! |

I'm thinking how boring this day may be, I'm getting off and do something. You all have a good day.

Thanks for the well wishes on the move! I started moving on the 3rd, and got the last load and house cleaned up yesterday. The only thing left if some stuff outside.. I'll leave that for my husband!
What I am thinking now is... unpack and setup! That and I am so glad I am no longer using well water... my hair can get repaired and get the orange iron out! Yippee!

That's good news! Did you have to move far from one house to the other one? How's Brayden adjusting to the changes in his life? Just wondering... PS. Things can only get better from here on... ![]() Jamie |

The move was close...only about 1/2 mile from one house to the next. Brayden is adjusting ok. He has had several meltdowns.. Transition with school is hard too. The bus route has to be changed, so more changes to his schedule. For some crazy reason they put him on the bus the other day and the transfer in the system hasn't been completed yet. Luckily I got there before the bus pulled out. I would have been one red hot mama if he had actually left on the bus! Especially since no one is at the old house and the school knew of the move!!
What I am thinking now is.... I am hungry, but NOT for Tuna Casserole with canned peas!!

I'm debating myself on if I want to see parents this Easter. I would much rather see the rest of my family than my parents this Easter. I don't have much of a choice in this matter as my brother's family and my sister's family are going to my parents' house. However, I'm thinking that I can visit the rest of my family at other times. I'm hoping that by next year, I will be far enough away from my parents so I don't have to put up with them every week. I shouldn't be saying this but once every five or ten years is what I want.

Mmm. I will have to try it out.... I have a recipe similar to yours except it uses black beans and no carrots and I love to top it with salsa. It's from Hopping John's cookbook.
