why? I'm also taking it easy on my back. Went to see chiropractor yesterday. My S1 is 1" away from L5... due to muscle spasm.

Same here...I stepped on my son's toy yesterday causing me to twist my bad ankle slightly and now it is sore.

The only thing I know is that I don't even know what caused mine to be sore.

All I know was that while I was waiting for my parking permit--I had to park at the Arena and walk to downtown for about a week.....

Did you buy new shoes. Sometimes new shoes makes my feet sore. So that could be another thing. Wearing those dressy shoes that you have not been wearing for a while.
