why? I'm also taking it easy on my back. Went to see chiropractor yesterday. My S1 is 1" away from L5... due to muscle spasm.

There are plenty of off road trails in New York! How about in the heart of Adirondacks?

All I know was that while I was waiting for my parking permit--I had to park at the Arena and walk to downtown for about a week.....

Maybe that is your lucky number.

Did you buy new shoes. Sometimes new shoes makes my feet sore. So that could be another thing. Wearing those dressy shoes that you have not been wearing for a while.

If you look at your right foot--it's the bone that is at the arch of your foot, south of the ankle.

That's where it hurts!
