I returned home at 1 30 am when left from LV. I finally get cool weather today. I dislike hot and dry as 100's F in Las Vegas this week.

I prefer dry than humidity! I am used to it because I grew up in West.

So glad you are home safe and sound!

I grew up in Phx so yep, I dislike the high heat but I do prefer the dry heat over the humidity. Yesterday, I kept sweating while doing errands and ended up with a damp shirt.

I had visited my niece s house last year. I like city of Phoenix but weather is too hot and dry. Someone told me that Prescott is better that Phoenix. Weather is not so hot. I had been there. This city is nice and quiet western style.

It is not free for all deaf people. I had to pay for most of my college costs and it has been 7 years since I graduated and I am still paying for my student loans and debt incurred during my college years.

I undy your frustration about the high costs.

Deaf people can have their tuitions paid for in the states? I've never heard of that before... must not be the case up here.

I just joined Twitter... it seems really useless. I just had someone "follow" me and I don't know who they are (that's like adding someone as a friend on Facebook). Their username is "Terp4Life" something so I'm assuming the "terp" stands for interpreter. I'm thinking that it was someone from this site that added me, but very few people know that I just got it and I only have outside contact with one ADer.

Dang it... The weekend flies by.. Even when you stay home all weekend.

At least I only have to work three and half days this week, before I am off for a 5 days.

I am back to working 5 days a week but this week is only 4 days. At least I only work 5 hours, not 8 hours each day and have the afternoons off to myself.

I usually work between 8 to 9 hours. Sometimes more, sometimes less.

I am usually pooped, by the time I am home. Like the picture you saw. First thing I do is take my hair down, take out my hearing aids, and sit in my big ol' brown recliner. Until, I get enough energy to start dinner.

Yea so any advice or tips on what it is like to live with a 12 year old girl? The last time she lived with me full time was when she was 9 years old.

I am so confused. There is this girl that apparently likes me, , but the problem is that the feeling is not mutual. I think she is posing as her sister on MSN, because her "sister" is telling me that her sister said she would go out with me and asked if I would ever ask her out. I do not think I would, so I just explained that I felt that we had a really good friendship and that I wouldn't want to ruin that friendship over a teenage relationship that may/may not work out.

I'm sorry to hear that....

All the relationships I've been into except for one were based on friendship first.... and sadly after the relationships has ended, we never were really friends again. So I suggest that you don't date your friends unless you want to loose your friendship after breakup.

Just listen to your heart, and don't make same mistakes I made in the past.

It really pay to wait a while, and if you felt that friendship is best, stick with this because once you cross the line, there is no turn back.
