Hello guys!

A few days ago, I received a forwarded message with photo of Pres. Obama waving an I-Love-You Sign. Come look at it in my blog. :)

Honestly, I am not a fan of Obama because I find him too show off. During the nomination, I rooted for Clinton. When he won the nomination, I silently wanted McCain to win. But when I learned that Obama won, well, I rested my case. Let’s just hope and pray that he will turn this crisis into something positive.
 
it's not important. Unless, he know ASL enough to talk to us.
 
I agreed with PowerOn. I would love to hear if the rumors are true about Obama that knows enough sign language to hold a conversation with deaf people.
 
That is what I learned from the Deaf Newspaper from Colorado USA that Obama was signing the words or sentences and the webmaster was surprise at his signing the ASL, maybe just a little bit. I dunno know for sure. I am glad that Obama did use the ILY sign to let people know that he loves people. I am glad that Obama is elected and hope he does a good job at helping all of us no matter if hearing or Deaf or Disability. Normal people have flaws too. We are not perfect even the new President Obama. He is just like us and he is very smart and he will do the job well. :fingersx:
 
this is the first i've heard of obama knowing asl and i've done alot of research on him since following the election last december. i'd be curious to know for sure just how much asl he really knows.

My friend said Pres. Elect Obama knows some ASL. That's what he said. He met him in person.

cool! :cool2: i'd still like to know how much asl obama really knows. i can't find any articles on the internet (or on his website) which tell me that.
