Problems with DeafCruise.com?

If any of you are still having problems getting your refunds from DeafCruise. THIS IS NOT ABOUT ANY OTHER DEAF CRUISE COMPANIES EXCEPT DeafCruise.com FROM SCOTTSDALE ARIZONA.

I urge all of you that is having trouble getting those refunds to contact the Better Business Bureau at Http://www.bbb.org and file a complaint.

I also urge you to file a small claims lawsuit against the company.

You are not alone in not receiving your refunds. There are others!

Wow, I'm surprised I thought everyone received their refund. I'm sorry to hear that there are others who hasn't gotten theirs yet.

NOPE! Hubby and I STILL has not recieved ours and there are also others that i know of that havenot recieved theirs.

I never trust deafcruise.com, because I heard zillion of complaints about that company, including some posts in here few years ago.

Unhappy

Am one of those that never got the refund back yet and have already filed a complaint with BBB since late march and still in correspondence with them over the issues of DeafCruise not being kinda honest in a way. Such a shame that this is happening.

Awhile back, some members were planning a vacation with this company, unfortunately , something went wrong and now, some members have not been refunded their deposits and payments for this trip. I hope that helps ya.

that why i refused to go i had bad feelings bout this company and look what happened oh my gosh i feel so bad for everyone even bear that don't get the refund sighs

I am seeking out those that has not recieved their refunds from this company. It has been well over 4 months since we have all been trying to get our refunds.

Right on their contracts that we all signed the policy states, full refunds given, with no questions asked before May of 2009.

I am urging people to take actions to get those refunds. It is my belief that Deaf Cruise just hopes that we would all go away and forget getting our refunds. It is also my belief that he may be trying to stall till May of 2009, so that then the policies he has in place would take effect and that then he would be entitled to our money.


Let this thread also serve as a warning to ANYONE even thinking about going on a cruise with Deaf Cruise. If we are having this much trouble getting our refunds and him to be honest with us, then it will happen to you too. Steer clear of this business.

We were all prepared to let everything go and not tell of the hassles we went through from the beginning with this company, if only he had been honest and returned our money or stated why he couldnt.

He is the one that has let it get this far. Now we, his customers, are reduced to alerting others of his very bad business practices.

yes ocean.., I saw it. he probably would not have corrected you if you hadn't started it.

thanks bear for an insight, I wished to go on one some day. but I'll be going on another (hearie) one this summer. not sure who is "he"?.. but anyway, I wish you all good luck getting your refunds back. I would.
