Where/how to reach deaf community?

I have a question...

I'm from Chicago but I want to reach deaf community everywhere in the Midwest - Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, Kentucky and maybe even Canada between Detroit and Toronto. Do you have any suggestion how to reach deaf community in those areas? Like deaf news, newsletter, deaf club or message forum, advertisement, anything like that.

The reason I'm asking you is because I want to spread out about NDPT will run a Deaf Texas Hold'em Tournament at Majestic Star Casino in Northwest Indiana. For you to get an idea...

I have several friends who is play poker in their league and tournaments in west coast. I can ask them to see whats up and website. Just 2 cents.

Thanks but that's ok. I'm actually a friend of NDPT guys. We did tried several ways to reach the deaf community but I'm pretty sure we are missing some opportunities to reach others. Not all people knows about NDPT tournaments.

That would be great if anybody here have any suggestion that I should try.
