There is nothing worse than being in a middle of a conversation when the screen freezes up, or goes dark. And knowing myself--I have no patience for that.

True, for some reason when I got the VP-200 last Sunday, I tried the flash ring and it works but now it doesn't even work anymore, I dunno why

Same here. I have VP-200. I was frustrated with black screen and not show up the flashlight ringing. I did change ip numbers. When my vp is transfer to living room. I hope it's working. If not then I will call to Tech Support. I am thinking about get a free Sorenson Router.

I just recently gotten upgraded to VP-200 from VP-100 at work few weeks ago due to VP100 was freezing up few time a week.. They also gave me Sorenson 200 router, that was worse crap router I ever owned.. I just switched back to DI-604 since it is basically the same except Sorenson has their own router firmware but very slow.

I have VP 200 but I rarely use it. I would rather chat with my friends in person. I only use it to chat with friends who live out of state but I am just too busy. The nice thing about AllDeaf is that I can make a few posts, leave to go do some things around the house and return. With VP, I would feel guilting leaving the other person waiting while i do what I need. I have no patience to sit and chat and chat in one place for hours. LOL! Maybe I am just old fashioned.

Really? I don't have problems with the Sorenson 200 router, it's the same speed

Hate it?? It is best invention they ever came up with.. Before VRS (TTY, Captel, etc) god!! it was painfully slow and hate using phone.. now with this VRS VCO, i enjoy talking people on phone in REAL TIME without waiting for response..

Unfortunately sometime, I hate the waiting time for interpreter to answer calls. Sometime I have to wait 2-5 minutes.. Grrrr.. We need more interpreters!!!

VRS installer tried 2 different VRS200 routers and the web admin is SLOW, most case, timed out.

That just happed to me about 2 weeks ago...this person kept telling me to hold on while she replies to whoever was paging her. It seriously pissed me off cuz I have kids and so much to do so I told her "U know what? I dont have time to sit and wait for u to be ready to chat so have a good night." I hung up. Fuck that..waste my time? Not happening! I agree with u..it is rude!
