:roflol: your little ford festiva doesnt even take up an entire parking space. No bigger than it is, it cant have a huge gas tank, and therefore lighter as well thus using less gas per mile to operate and move.

Not to mention I think your festiva could probably fit in the bed of my truck, lol.

Dixie, it is better off than spening more than $90 for my old holden station wagon!

Good god. I thought station wagons got fairly good gas mileage comparable to the modern day 'crossovers'.

Nope, they are 6 cylinders, even V6's - they are mean engines.

68 degrees out there...a relief from a scorching weekend we had, wow what a hot one!

I'm eating chinese food that I picked up at Ranch Market nearby here. They have a buffet section where you can pile up some food in a foam container and pay $6.99 flat price.

I also got a haircut, too! :-D I look much better and it feels cooler, too.

I went to town today and do errands then stop by and see my sis at her work. we chatted..It was a nice visit.. then went to walmart to get more cat foods and came back home.. By the time I got home I was sweating.. It was HOT.. it got up to 89 degrees! Wow! grrrr.... I already miss winter! wahhhhhh... lol.. sigh..

Hey guess what? I measured TJ last Sunday and to my surprise he is now...

5 FOOT TALL!!!!

he is only 8 years old... Imagine that... I am only 5'3.. 3 more inches he will be tall as me! only one more inch he will be tall as his GodMomma! wow!

He is gonna be taller than his daddy? I wonder?? hmm thats remain to be seen.. heh..

In a few weeks it will be so hot that I bet I can cook an egg on my sidewalk. I'm going to try that experiment and let you know what happens. Where I live now, it can get up to 120 degrees (F) during July and August. Whoa!

When I was a kid, my friends and I used to do that during the summer in Phx, AZ. The eggs would get completely cooked in like 2 mins. LOL!

It is COLD today..I had to wear sweatpants and a sweatshirt. Weird weather here.
