i was going to go to town today to do some shopping as i forgot that we are out of red wrapping paper for TJ's valentine box. I had a busy day yesterday so naturally i forgot about it. Duh me.. i felt bad today due to bad headaches and veritgo so we didnt go. I hope to go tomorrow if I am feeling well.

Im pretty sure your BP is up due to recent stress, go ahead and see your family doctor and if he has any meds go ahead and take them, but I figure after two or three days of rest it'll come back down to normal. I know when Im stressed my BP goes from 80/60 to 120/80, lol. Im a VERY calm laid back person and I have medical evidence to back that up!

I hope everyone is doing well today. Im about to get a shower and what not and take Maddie for a playdate at one of her friend's houses. I will chat with ya'll tonight!

Hey thanks Dixie! I am feeling almost (maybe 90%) back to my old self today. Still coughing but they are not like the serious of deep coughs that wouldnt stop I had all week.

I am ready and raring to go back to work tmw. I am tired of staying home..been almost a week that I didnt get out of the house due to not being able to drive. I drove yesterday and I got all lightheaded so I had to make my errands short. Hope I will have energy for teaching all day.

Wow, running and coughing sounds like no fun!

This is gross but Shel's situation reminded me of something I had heard. Is it true that if you eat a banana and then puke later - the puke will taste just like the banana? The banana is the only food that doesn't change its taste after being swallowed?

Well, I ended up visiting my friend who is sick with some fever. And other friend who I are making a vlog for the AD'ers to see what Canberra is like. It is still under construction, unfortunately.

Over the weekend, I just get the guts to call a friend of mine (who I like) but it tells myself better not. But my friend insisted. And I did, only sent her a SMS to ask if it was OK for me to call. She said that she want to crash for the night, and wants to hold the news until next weekend so we can talk in person. Oh well.... 5 down, 5 days to go.

i found our cat Jack dead this morning..

from the way he was laying on ground near the boat all wet and frozen.. it look like he was running and got electrocuted. The thunderstorm was bad 2 nights ago.. lot of lightnings.. the lightning killed my moms microwave. mom said that tree is near the boat. boat is metal. water was on ground.. naturally tree attracted lightning so must have hit it and killed Jack? poor cat. it woke me up few times cuz of BOOM!

yesterday I called for him and even shake the foods cuz he always came to me meow then eat! I did called out to him again last night cuz he always come in and sleep with me.

He didnt come in then i had a bad dream that i found him dead on the road. i woke up and had a bad feeling that he is dead. Sigh.

This morning I decided to go out and look for him on road, side of the road and everywhere. I finally found him right by the boat.. it is not far from here? I was blind. I wonder if he was still alive yesterday till last night when it was so cold 22 degrees and he frozen to death?? i dont know..at least he is in peace now. sigh..

TJ is gonna be upset that his cat is dead. Oreo, my cat kept pushing his head on Jack's face but Jack didnt move. Oreo meowed .. i think Oreo know his buddy is dead.. sigh..

He was only 2... so young..

i woke up, i puzzled my light are out so i woke my hubby up.. perfect time cuz of we supposed woke up abt 8 15am cuz of he go work 11am so lucky time i woke up and check my pgr time in there.. so i walked to livingroom and open the curtain and blinds, i saw snow and went excited then came back bedroom and told my hubby, he say oh really? then checked outisde.. lol.. so i love watch snow.. i missed snow.. eheheh

Well Ive had a quite a varied week thus far.

Remember those chills and aches I had Friday night? They came back in full force Sunday night through until around mid-day yesterday.

I came home from my weight loss group then I just slept from around 5:30 until 4:30 the next morning in time for work. Then I went to work feeling like utter shit. I ended up passing out and I had to be hauled to the nurse's station. They sat me down in a chair and said you have to drink this whole bottle of orange juice before you can get up. I ended up staying in there for an hour. But because I didnt want to have to taken an occurance and lose my incentive pay, I drank the juice then hobbled my way back out on to the line and stuck it out despite nearly hitting the floor again. Yes I worked a full 8 hour shift in this condition. Then I went home afterwork Monday and I did nothing except sleep from 4:30 that afternoon until around 4:30 the next morning to go to work. I get to work and my boss is like "You don't look good - do you want to volunteer out?"
"Sure - it beats taking an occurance and losing my incentive pay for the week."

She said OK and I was one of the first ones worked off. Then I came home around 6:30am and slept until around noon. After that I got up and had me a bowl of soup then I took some ibuprofen then a few hours later I was feeling better.

Then when I woke up this morning I was like "Oh my God! I feel human again!" So today was the first day Ive felt like myself and Im hoping thats the last of the crud thats been going around.

And tomorrow is Valentine's Day here in the US so Im wishing everyone a Happy Valentine's Day - as well as those who are overseas who need a hug.
