Still wrong. When you figure it out, I hope it is not because I did the wrong country or something. Next clue. He painted Hell.

No, if the answer is Hieronymus Bosch, who painted "The Garden of Earthly Delights," Bosch was also an old Dutch master of the 1400s. I just didn't think of his church paintings (I also had to look up the spelling of his name).

Bottesini,

It's been 48 hours since your answer was submitted. By the rules of this game suggested by a past moderator and accepted by players at that time, you may now assume your answer is correct and continue the game by posting three new clues.

Chase.

Continuing for Bottesini:

1. Name implies a forest where big, ferocious cats live.

2. If he were a cat, he was recently taken to a vet to have his rear; left leg fixed.

3. The surgery seems successful, as he has returned to his winning ways in a game where smaller scores are best.

Neither, NorCal. It is a person whose . . .

1. Name implies a forest where big, ferocious cats live.

2. The person is not a cat, but if he were, his recent trip to a "vet" was to have his rear, left leg fixed.

3. The surgery seems successful, as the person has returned to his winning ways in a game where smaller scores are best.

Okay, one more clue. The person is not on drugs and is not a drug dealer, but he always plays and works around a lot of grass.
