Anyone?....
Does anyone here having a hard time going to sleep?.....I'm still up and it's 3:26 am, I've been having trouble sleeping at night for the past couple of days now , maybe it's because I have so much on my mind lately...

Well, I couldn't sleep at times, either. Sometimes, I feel too hot and, even thou the A/C is on. Other times, I sleep like a baby. It's just weird. Oh, well ... |

i usually have trouble sleeping.. but my reasons are kinda well known.. boyfriend is overseas and i worry about him becuase he's near Iraq.. like 1 country away in Kuwait.. so I don't sleep too well.. I've found best way to stop my problem is to take Calm's Forte.. which is a herbal relaxant.
But I think you might be anxious about the wedding, Angel... And believe me when I say I know what it's like

Yeah.. We keep in touch every day. where he's at, they have internet.. althought it's not the best..He's been there since July 06. supposed to be coming home this July.. But we'll see. It's ok. My mom asks a lot more questions. If i didn't know better, I'd think she likes the guy.

Yes I know that symbol when you has trouble with sleeping for a first time after no problem sleeping that you have too much in your mind... something anger/problems.
It happened to me for a first time yesterday... It's hardly to sleep well... I can't sleep because I'm still  ... Oh Well My hubby & I have big fight with my sons' new Principal since September 2006 (That Principal is Danny's 8 grade teacher) yesterday morning during meeting with CPS, Social worker and Alans' teacher. Real total Thanks God, CPS and Social Worker support me and my hubby. I'm still Oh yes, I ranted my co-worker as well... I need rant badly... I am going to create a new thread when I calm down.

I have chronic pain. I don't sleep too well. Tylenol PM doesn't work for me anymore. I do take pain pill.

Blimey Angel.. maybe ya been thinking if RR gonna beep ya good at the wedding? LOL Kidding.. but ahh sleep trouble?? I have had that for a while now.. could be stress from dealing with everything.. in your case the upcoming wedding which should be good enough.. and in my case, my parents' deaths and selling the farm and thinking of many other things to deal with and the nit picking... oh well.. hope ya will solve your sleep problem soon or later...

Have you gone nap often ? If yes.. then feel wide wake til late hours.. that major problem. Don't take a nap until you feel tired then you can go ahead your bedtime hours.. instead NAP! Just asking you..

Oh yeah...whenever I am in sad/bad mood, I can't sleep. Sometimes my DHB would wake me up with good mood, and he keep me up! So I grab 1-2 hrs nap then feel better a little bit.
You probably go wedding jitter and a lot of things going on in your mind how the wedding will go and make sure everything go smooth as a silk.

aww i hope that u getting sleep good soon..
also i havent sleep since 7 days cuz of my left leg keep pinch in nerves and i went dr today and found out that it from my back caused pinch nerves so they gave me pain shot in my ass gee! |

Angel... sound like you have so much on your mind....preparing for big wedding... I have troubles with trying to sleep due to stress with Domestic Violences for deaf .. too stressful.... i work with this agency... so dr gave me bed time sleeping pills.. it sometimes helps me...

i do think bec you have so much in your mind about your wedding and all the stress and screaming and said,, RR!!! help!!! I need cuddling!!!!! to make me sleep better!!!!, lol, even tho, i know how that goes

i know that you had so much in mind about the wedding since it is getting near yikes !!! ha
i am insomnic since i was teenager i know what is like be wake during the night sheesh and with my cold right now it is getting harder to get myself back on the track but with my insomnia still around it much much harder harder blah |

I have Sleep Apena ...I was told not to drink or eat 4 hours before bed, no chocolate, no caffeine, spicy, etcs etcs...
I know you likes Tea, make sure your tea doesn't have caffeine hee hee... True some people thinks and worry while they're layin' in the bed and can't sleep ...Maybe Angel is too excitin' about gettin' married in July ha ha ....I don't know (laughin') ...Hope your okay Angel ... let me know how you are doin' okay Hugs!
