So Sad News.

My mom was telling me about the sad news, I felt so sad for my cousin Mike that he lose his wife last night. His wife, Julie died last night and we don't know how caused but we suspect that it could be from her surgery for Gastric Bypass. And, she did get that surgery in around one year ago. She is only in late 30's or early 40's years old. Too young, even she have three kids on her own(two kids with Mike), two of them are old enough to understand but they have a son who is only 6 years old and don't even understand, that's so sad! And, honestly Julie is Mike's first woman as a girlfriend, a true love, his love of the life, a wife, etc like that. He never have a woman in his life for whole of his life, he is maybe 45 years old? Not sure, I felt bad for him to lose her like that way.

Rest In Peace, Julie. You will be missed from me and our family a ton.

Yes I've noticed that lately. I don't know why some young people have to go.

Oh my gosh! thats terrible, Sweetheart! Im so sorry to hear about
your cousin's wife's passing..yeah, she is way too young to die
from that kind of surgery but any kind of surgery is always risky.
My aunt died from Gastric bypass too! I think it is very dangrous
so i dont like that kind of surgery cuz even if it is successful for
some people, it dont always work..i have seen one person who had
that gastric bypass and in one year, she gain the weight back!!
weird, huh?

Thanks everybody, but it's ok. It could not be ok for my cousin Mike since it shocked him terrible to found out like that way, she is very sweet and nice woman, Im very happy for him to found her but now lose her. That's so sad... Also, I'm going to get a card and write it then send it to him since I won't be in the funeral, it will be on this weekend.

Sweetheart, I'm very sorry about your cousin's wife's passing. That's such a terrible loss. Did they find the definite cause of her death? Are they going to find out why she died? How did that happen? Did she die in her sleep or collapse? that's such a scary thought if it came from a Gastric Bypass. I thought about getting it but my dr. said I'm not fat enough to have one. I'm so sorry and I can't imagine what your cousin is going thru. sigh

it doesn't matter if you are fat enough or not... this type of surgery is very risky and can be deadly...

i thought about it a few years ago too... but my uncle opposed the idea of me getting one- even though i begged him!!!?? he was SO STUBBORN AND SAID NO! cuz it was too dangerous... he wanted me to lose weight in the right/healthy way by changing my eating habits/eating well and excercising!!! i am so glad for my uncle who is a doctor who helped and guided me... he found a great and well-known nutritionist for me... who helped me lose weight... why not try a nutritionist? cuz this surgery IS TOO DANGEROUS FOR ANYONE! a friend's brother died from it last year too... it was very sad!

That's ok, I agreed that it such a terrible loss... And, honest they didn't find ANYTHING but suspect that it could be from Gastric Bypass by cannot eat. Example; you can't eat ANY of sweet food, can't eat ANY that cause you having the bloated, can't eat any of geasy food(that's so true!). Maybe she eat something that isn't allow for that kind of surgery, so maybe she died from that or having the stomach that is torn out. And, I think she died in her sleep because said late night, so maybe she died in her sleep but I have to ask my mom about it. How, hard to answer that question. Yes, it's so scared to having that... Understand, my mom and I know that any doctor would suggest me to getting one but I wouldn't allow that since I have an eating disoder(to gain up) so it's not safe for me to having that sugery. Honest, I was planning to get it but my best friend Gabrielle stopped me. Thank god for that.

My boyfriend didn't want me to have one either. He said there were other options which he was right. I guess I got so sick of not being motivated enough to go to the gym. I work all the time so I just want to go home and rest. But I'm glad I didn't do the Gastro bypass. That is a big relief. How do I find a nutritionist? where do I look up in the phone book? What are the coverages and is it costly?

What kind of things did the nutritionist do for you?? smile it's not easy...They say if you are really happy with yourself it comes off nicely... just eat small portions lots of veggies and fruit as well excersing.. lol I don't even have that motivation unless someone kicks my butt to move it lmao..
