Remember
When I posted while back that I needed to lose more weight before aug, well I did lose more but not exactly where I should lose but close enough... Been doing sit ups and working out at the gym!! It's working, need to drink more water anyways!!

Keep on going to do that and don't give up. I go to my workout 4 times a week when I'm off from 2nd job that helps a lot to have some energy to exercixe and also I eat ornagic(sp) food everyday to keep my body to be stable to stay healthy and some energy for my next day routine.
