Well 6.50 is sure low at the bbq place. At the warehouse I collect almost 11 an hour but since they cut out my OT I had to take on the bbq job that why I called it poor man's overtime

You must remmy, it's depend how size city that will pay.

For explain, I work at Pizza Hut at my hometown which start at $4.25 per hours. But in Dallas, just few months away, I notice their rate was $7.55 for start. But I didn't get job because I found other better job without use my car.

been working lots of overtimes since Last year. now I haven't gone back to work due of neck/back pain Yup this job is very stressful... Too much work, AmericanChopper and I work same kind of job but different agency.

I end up working between 50-70 hours a week Most of time 50-60 hours. rarely 70 ( once got at 76 hours ) Last Nov I worked 23 hours on Thanksgiving, then 3 days later 25 hours. boy I was tired and slept alot so I told them after holiday's over No overtime! but they lost more employee (quit, fired etc) I end up doing lots of overnights shifts but I got so tired on "awake shift" and I end up having a bad muscle strain in neck/back had to go physical therapy twice a week, doc say no lifting more than 10 pounds from now on
Beside I am pregnant, I can't lift at work anyway
so they will have to give me a position at different homes.

some of you haven't mention what kind of job. so Wondering what kind ??

I worked at a group home for disbilities.....

LOL Katziechickie!! So you and Blackcat use that a lot? Should I be on the lookout for it when I visit? hehe *nervous* kidding, hunny!

Wolfboy, that's great that you have a very caring boss!!! Yeah, I worked overtime before. The trick is to not let yourself stressed out, and just meditate if you do -- and still do your job. I'd be the nice one, keeping the lab hours open longer when students needed more time before their deadlines (Art dept comp lab). It didn't matter to me since I had my own projects to do after the official hours, and I could do it at home with my own printer and stuff but it was OK if I did it at the school and everyone wins. I also worked as english tutor and web designer/asst. web editor, so I had two more part time jobs along with being a full time student (19-21 credits per semester). Hehe... who says college is vacation? At least I could eat pizza almost everyday and not gain weight. What a shock when I did, after I graduated.. ugh.... I practically do nothing except maintaining my own website and designing shit, looking after cats (now have kittens), fuck the hubby, tease my in laws and lil nephew and niece and their little friends... now jogging at late nights, to lose the lbs I gained here. Hehe

Lizachicky! Naw you don't need to do that for us, but Sabrina and American Chopper does! Besides I'm pregnant and I can't horse around for awhile.
