sweat and hearing aides

My daughter starts high school today and she is going
to be on the cross country team. When she practiced this
summer she had to do it with out her hearing aides
because the sweat caused moisture which affected the aides


Anybody have a proven solution for this?
 
From what I understand, this is only a problem with full ITE’s, and not with BTE’s. What type of aid does she wear?
 
NOOOOOOOOOO DONT SAY THE SCHOOL WORD!!! I start school in 3 weeks. :tears:

sorry for off topic..

hmm put sweat band on forhead and make sure they are behind the ear not on the ear then the sweat will be absorbed by the time they get to the hearing aids.

just an idea that pop in my head hehe.
 
those hearing aid sweatbands....I am ALMOST positive I read about them somewhere....lemme look at Harris Commuications....the dry n store thingy....
