A few definitions

Neurotic can mean someone who is emotionally unstable, who worries too much, or is obsessed about something. It depends on the situation. If you live or work with someone like this, you have to know what sets them off and try to minimize/reduce that trigger.

If you can give more information, maybe I can give you some suggestions or advice.

Talking ok thanks and it was interested and I am glad that you do aware of that too.

I have a few deaf friends who moved to Hawaii from out of country and they are not used to get along with american people and some of them have problem with mental has to do at work and at home things to do while they are responsible for it. They has to cope with their own problem in their mental at work and at home too.Sometimes they make it overcome with emotionally on their own while at work or at home too.

It sounds like you are describing 'culture shock'. It takes time and patience to get used to living in a new country. At least, they moved to Hawaii and not LA or New York City.
