When I was dating my ex girlfriend, I was unable to teach her cat to clap. Well, she invited me to sleep over 2 nights ago. I managed to get her cat to clap. She was very shocked !!! She never thought that her cat would do something like that. Luckily, her cat didn't bite. I did make cat clap few times before getting bored and walking away.

Now on to teaching a whale to jump out of it's tail..lol

Who got bored and walked away? You, or the cat??

When you get the girl clapping for you then you got something.

So, you got a booty call, and this was the milestone? Um... Sounds like you were focusing on the wrong cat.

While farming the same field over again usual ends with the same results, it can be a port in the storm that saves both of you to charge forth again. Often somehow it turns into a great friendship and includes their next real long term. Sounds awkward especially if you are not used to small town living where every girlfriend you ever had is married to someone you know.
It can work. Friends are one of the very best things in life.
