mind you, its not real, its photoshopped, using german castle architecture, Thailand's beachscape and admittingly it is really well done, quite convincing!
i could imagine a bit of the "the Goonies' tunnels and ladders on the way up ...and imagine if it was real, imagine how many trapdoors to seal off ocean waters from arising from below....and worse to think how long (200 years+?) to build it, roping up boulders from boats to door throught tunnels (and you have to make the tunnel first too)...sorry my imagination got carried away..:) been fun to fancy such a place :D...

Admit it's beautiful and most likely an awesome view...glad it's photoshopped....only guessing what would happen if a Tidal Wave hit it.....

i absolutely love this house, id buy it in a heartbeat but no $$$$$$

The coastline of California is very beautiful . I could had brought land in Northern California not far from the coast in the 70's it was going for $50 an acre , it was virgin land , there was nothing up there no roads , or power lines or water lines. It would be worth millions by now.

Imagine trying to get your groceries in the house......

The first thing I thought of when I saw this picture... was omg... it looks like it's going to fall over... And then my imagination got carried away of what I would do if I was in that house and it was falling over... Trying to make my way towards a window with my cats so we could jump out into the water and hopefully not hit the ledge or the boat for that matter on the way down... o.o Good lord, I'm looking at this in the wrong way... lol!

That's awesome!!! Not fond if tehe kitchen but the views are crazy!!! I
Winning the powerball and Im buying it! :D it's just happening.

but if you can afford the house then you can afford a few nice snacks and breakfast...and for lunch and dunner Id eat out...like mean i wouldnt stay home and cook, but then again get a house similar to this and have that round kitchen i uploaded once...a while ago would be better...but it might not go well with the overall home design...hmmm

How about this home in San Francisco?

nah, too old fashioned and too stately for my taste i like modern beachhousey style, more fun and you just dont need that much space, there are things to do outside home right?

Yup, but it'd be nice to get up and have an outstanding view every mornings.

What about this house Twitter founder Jack Dorsey spent for $10mil?

but better but i still like the gull house better, just meh.
its strange to 'trade up from a $1mill penthouse to a $10mill beachhouse when he have 650mill, hardly a dent ...so what horde all the millions? i dont get it, grant living costs when up there is up and up, but its not like gonna cost millions to Keep the house? bit strange to me, i suppose though, 'fortunes' are in the papers - tied up with the business..
