Vbulletin Question

I am an administrator on another vbulletin forum for a friend who is selling artcrafts but I am having a hard time figuring out how you guys made the subforums?

Like in the Moderator's Corner? You have the Moderator's Corner Forum and then the subforum links on the bottom.

Would appreciate if you shared how you did this.
