Pocky

Anyone ever eat pocky?

Those are Japanese snacks. They're basically biscuit sticks covered in chocolate (or other flavors). They're delicious!

If you have, which flavor do you like?

I had some before - the chocolate-flavoured one. Not really crazy about that stuff.

You can find them in places that provide foreign snacks. Some grocery stores have it.

I got it at the recent anime convention. They also had Ramune, a Japanese soda.

Never heard of it. I just googled it...apparently they have strawberry coating ones, too. Have you tried the strawberry coated biscuits?

Try your local media retail store (not Blockbuster Video, Best Buy, etc). You might find some Pocky.

There were several stores/markets that had some on display in the town where I used to reside in. You would probably get more choices if you went to an full-line Asian/Oriental grocery chains like HMART, 99 Ranch Market, etc. However, with the recent incidents with people and animals dying from tainted foods made/processed in China, you all should be very careful.

Winco and Wal-mart with grocery is too far away from my home, so I'll pass.

I will probably check it out at Ranch Market which is right next to my home.
