I usually like ham and sometimes bacon on mine.

I love grilled cheese sandwiches too.

I usually make them a bit differently each time.

ham & american cheese
turkey & pepperjack cheese
cheddar cheese
ham, turkey, & american cheese
salami & american cheese

And so on...
