Hamilton Mobile CapTel on T-Mobile network?

Some of you are aware of my two phone current cell solution as described in this thread
CapTel phones (or similar devices) at posts 3 and 12 particularly.

I have seen the Walmart/T-Mobile plan that is supposed to be coming Oct. 16 so many places that I have lost track of where I first saw it. But, it did get me to looking at coverage from T-Mo. Although not as good as Verizon for me, it looks good enough to find out more as I so want to be able to carry one phone most of the time. If it continues to look promising, I will be picking up an Android phone (5 row keyboard is preferable; but I get the impression very rare).
