Right...at first I suspect that he was using WiFi, but you never know since in other country, they provide one of the fastest speed internet technology like in Japan or in S. Korea or something like that. But looking at him, the DeafScooter, he may have impressive skill developing better technology, intergrating OS system by simply modified the CPU compatible. Like for example using USB port, it's very easy to make something useful, like flasher for the deaf, it's easy to created with a knowlege of how many volt it produce on USB and own a SDK product for MS Windows. I can make a flasher using USB port and use SDK to produce a industry wide standard signal (like TCP and UDP standard) that will give off a signal to make it flashed. So.....
With my speed using iPhone both WiFi and 3G, Download 7150, upload 8108 and 3G is 1245 download and 242 upload. GAWD... DSL speed!!!
